In today’s fast-paced world, many are searching for ways to ground themselves and set a positive tone for the day ahead. One powerful approach is the manifestation morning routine. This routine not only helps manifest personal and professional goals but also sets the foundation for a successful and stress-free day. Here, I’ll take you through my personal manifestation morning routine, which has dramatically transformed my life.
Why a Manifestation Morning Routine is Essential
I learned over the years that having a structured morning routine is crucial for my productivity and overall well-being. Without it, I would struggle and feel scattered throughout the day. During a whirlwind phase of my life between 2022 and 2023, I realized the impact of a reliable routine.
My life changed significantly: from being single for ten years and burning out from work stress to finding my fiancé and deciding to travel full-time, eventually settling in Mexico. Amidst these shifts, traditional meditation became overwhelming, leading me to discover a method to rewire my brain with the assistance of a neuroscience expert.
Components of the Manifestation Morning Routine
Below you’ll find the four parts of the manifestation morning routine. In total, the longest this whole process takes is 30 minutes.
Decision Matrix
The first part of my manifestation morning routine is inspired by David Bayer’s decision matrix. Upon waking, our brains are in a primal state, often filled with limiting beliefs. This exercise helps shift us into a powerful state of mind.
- Identify Limiting Beliefs: Write down any beliefs that cause anxiety.
- Form New Beliefs: Counteract the limiting beliefs with the new belief you want to take on.
- Provide Evidence: List evidence that supports these new beliefs.
For instance, one of my limiting beliefs was thinking I couldn’t excel on YouTube discussing spirituality and neuroscience. By addressing this belief, forming a positive counter-belief, and backing it up with evidence of my expertise and training, I overcame my anxiety and now confidently create content.
Practicing Gratitude
Next, I practice gratitude. This involves listing 15 to 20 things I am thankful for, fostering a mindset of abundance. This only takes a few minutes but has profound effects on my outlook for the day.
Affirmations and Goals
I then proceed to write down my goals and affirmations as if they are already achieved. This process, known as scripting, helps align my actions with my long-term objectives. I believe this step is particularly powerful because it builds on the foundation laid by the decision matrix.
Meditation
The final step is a 15-minute meditation session. I use techniques I’ve learned from teachers in Mexico and incorporate elements from Ziva meditation. If you are interested in a guided version, let me know in the comments and I may create an audio guide.
Optional: Seven-Minute Workout
Lastly, a quick seven-minute workout helps me feel accomplished right at the start of the day. This physical activity boosts my confidence and makes the rest of the day feel more manageable.
